Being Blissed is an open, free of charge, guided practice designed to relax the nervous system, quiet inner dialogue, and reconnect with a sense of ease and well-being.
Each one-hour session includes:
• A gentle settling into stillness
• A short introduction to the evening’s focus
• A simple two-step guided practice:
• Inner Peace
• Joy Activation – cultivating a positive emotional state
• Optional sharing and Q&A
The practice is suitable for everyone and requires no prior experience.
