Sessions might be performed personally or online.

The sessions are composed of two aspects.

Relaxation


In this initial phase, you will learn to disconnect from external distractions and focus on your inner world. This step reduces stress, promotes deep relaxation, and creates the mental space necessary for healing.


Reaching this state is one of the most critical steps because prolonged stress mainly disturbs our quality of life, and being able to relax fully already leads to healing and wellness.


Action


After achieving relaxation, we move to the "action" phase, where you will learn to make meaningful changes in your internal landscape - addressing thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that shape your reality.


These internal shifts will start to create positive changes in your outer world. The action step is also a moment when you can achieve a state of change and then apply this method after the session as many times as you need to fully understand your inner world and the relationships between different states and aspects of yourself.

After the first session, many clients experience a sense of relief and comfort, realizing that change is not only possible but already beginning to take shape. This immediate relief and comfort will give you hope and optimism, knowing you are on the right path toward inner transformation.


Also, after the session is finished, the change process might continue. This is a moment of integrating newly acquired knowledge, energy, and personal setup. The New Version of Yourself is a concept that represents the transformation you undergo, where you let go of old patterns and beliefs and embrace a new, empowered version of yourself.
